Service Description
This is a quick follow-up between sessions, either via Text (Phone) or Email. This check-in gives you a change to ask questions or make sure you remember what we covered, but if we need to give you any new information or show you something, that will be put off until your next session.
Cancellation Policy
Before booking, please make sure you have read the Dog Training Services Agreement: https://www.doggystars.org/about/dog-training-services-agreement. To cancel, you must reach out at least 3 days in advance (72 hours) or you will lose that session. In order to reschedule, you must reach out at least 24 hours in advance or you will lose that session. In the case of purchasing a package, if all sessions are not booked before the expiration date, they will be lost.
